Helicamp 2010 Estonia will happen 7th time on 15.06.2010-20.06.2010, Estland/Estonia, EU, Europe. On Viljandi Airfield. It is traditional for estonan and finnish pilots, but this year it will be even more international - for example, pilots from Lithuania will attend.

1st pilots are already registered ;-), please see finnish helicopter forum for english language version of that list (http://www.kopterit.net/index.php?topic=7820.msg68874#msg68874). It will be updated to event page www.helicamp.eu also.

For registering, following information is needed:
Name, Country; FAI License number; arrival-departue; is overnight stay arranged or do you want help arranging hotel or want use airfield for that

In case you are not registered user on www.heli-web.com website, please include also your contact information - at least mobile phone number with international prefix.

Prelimenary agenda:
There will we on Saturday F3C/Eurosport/Popular competition. Also 3D is possible, if pilots want. Otherwise, normal funfly. Please make sure, you have done your paperwork - we dont cover you with any additional insurance, its your duty. Even more, we prefer that you have FAI licence / club membership paper with you.

Actually, the final timeschedule depends on all pilots attending - so you are welcome to make suggestions. The only condition is to focus on helicopters, not RC planes - but normaly some reasonable amount of RC plane flight is tolerated and even nice to have, if this is not taking to much flight time from helicopter pilots ;-)

Can I ask from you and your friend names to register. I liked to put registered pilots to webpage, as it normally helps others to attend/report early enough. Before event we need also to agree your estimated arrival and departue dates, do you need help with accoumondation or not. You are welcome with family, as my wife will be there, and also others are probably coming with wife, family etc. Only dogs are maybe somewhat not so tolerated - unless they are well educated not to interfere with helicopters/planes[inc. real ones]/pilots/pilot families/birds(sic!) and keep their "soundlevel" low ;-)

Some additional info will be updated soon on webpage:

- Airfield fee (only pilots!) will be probably the same as last year: 150 to 200 EEK (ca 10..13 euro - to airfield owners to cut grass etc...) / per person per week (=event)
- Overnight stay possible at airfield in house (betony floor!, cold drinking water ok, water toilet ok) or at field (tenting): fee 100 EEK (ca 6,50 euro) / per person per week (=event)
- there can be some small fee (50..100 eek - 4 to 6,50 eur) for participiating in competition(s) - and this is going in that case to purchase some stuff to give to winners. For sure there is fee, if you want to have your result officially registered on national sport organisation, I think this was 200 eek (13 eur) per competition / per pilot. But this is probably not interested and for sure not needed by you - as international pilot. For estonan pilots, this is used to give in end of year some glass pocals for best pilots.
